A view, delivered in near real time, of the speed and volume at which the Zscaler platform is performing.
By the end of 2018, 80% of enterprise traffic processed by the Zscaler cloud was encrypted, and this upward trend continues. Unfortunately, as SSL/TLS has become the preferred transport protocol, attackers have begun to use encryption to serve malicious content, hide malware, and carry out attacks without detection.
Many organizations continue to allow encrypted traffic to go uninspected, but they do so at their peril. The Zscaler cloud is blocking an ever-increasing number of threats in this traffic from malicious sites as well as legitimate sites that have been compromised. Due to the Zscaler cloud’s scale, it can inspect all traffic, including encrypted traffic, without impacting performance.
