Prior to NOV, he responded to some of the highly publicized cyber-attacks, including Moonlight Maze, Titan Rain, Night Dragon, TJX, and Operation Aurora. He holds a graduate degree in information security and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
